The promise
Your listing reaches a top-15 position on Etsy for every keyword approved in your case within 21 days of confirmed payment, or you get the full campaign price back.
The guarantee covers the listing and the keywords in your case, in the agreed USA or UK search market only. Sellers can be based anywhere, but we do not offer ranking campaigns in other search markets. It does not promise sales, revenue, or a position on every single day of the campaign.
A trial carries no guarantee. It is a short taste of the service, sold through a payment link: during the trial we work to move your listing up Etsy search by a few pages, without a top-15 promise.
What “top 15” means and how we measure it
We check on etsy.com in English, in a fresh private browsing window with no Etsy account signed in, on a desktop screen, with no filters and the default sort. By default, we set the region to the United States and the currency to US dollars. For a UK campaign agreed before approval, we set the region to the United Kingdom and the currency to British pounds. We type the approved keyword exactly as written in your case.
The listing counts as ranked when it appears among the first 15 organic listings on the first results page. Results marked as ads and Etsy’s own modules, such as related searches, are not counted. Etsy personalises results, so a signed-in search, a different country, or a phone can show something else; the guarantee is measured with this method only. If you want to target UK search instead of USA search, request it in your case note before approval. The approval note will confirm the UK market. No other search markets are available.
When we check
We check during the ranking phase and post dated screenshots in your case. If a check on or before day 21 shows the listing in the top 15, the promise is met and the maintenance phase runs for the rest of the campaign. If no check on or before day 21 shows the listing in the top 15, we post a note saying so and the refund follows.
If you see something different
If our check shows the listing in the top 15 but yours does not, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of our day-21 note. Include a screenshot taken with the method above that shows the date, the search term, and the full first page. We repeat the check within 3 working days, and the repeated check decides. If our own check shows the listing outside the top 15, the refund follows without any dispute.
More than one keyword
Each approved keyword is guaranteed. If any approved keyword is not in the top 15 by day 21, the whole campaign price, including keyword add-ons, is refunded.
When the guarantee does not apply
The refund is not owed when the position could not be reached because:
the listing was deactivated, expired, sold out, deleted, or made private during the ranking phase;
you changed the listing’s title, tags, category, or main photo, or moved it to another shop, after approval without agreeing it with us first;
Etsy restricted, suppressed, or suspended the listing or shop because of your own conduct, such as prohibited items, policy breaches unrelated to our work, or unpaid Etsy fees;
the listing link in your case was not the listing you meant; or
you ran another ranking or traffic service for the same listing at the same time.
If Etsy restricts the listing or shop for any other reason and we cannot reach the position by day 21, the refund applies.
How refunds are paid
We refund within 14 days of the note that the guarantee applies, or of the repeated check. Refunds go back the way the money came: Whop payments are refunded through Whop to the card or wallet you paid with, bank transfers to the account they came from, and crypto in the same coin and amount we received, minus the network fee for the refund transaction.
Exchange-rate movements between payment and refund are not compensated. Fees charged by your own bank or exchange are not refunded, because we never received them. Refunds we owe because we cannot continue a campaign for reasons on our side are paid without any deduction. There is no refund for stopping a campaign early or for a change of mind after it has started; the campaign terms explain why.
The maintenance phase
After the position is reached, we keep working on it until the campaign ends. Positions on Etsy move, and a temporary drop is not a breach. If the listing leaves the top 15 during maintenance, we work to bring it back; email us if you notice a drop. The refund in this guarantee attaches to the day-21 milestone; there is no separate refund for the maintenance phase. When the campaign ends, the work stops and the listing may lose position over time.
Your other rights
This guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of your statutory rights and your rights under the campaign terms. It does not limit any of them.
